Dear Members and Friends,

Throughout the year our Reading Room serves as a collection point for non-perishable food items for the North Fulton Community Charities (NFCC). The holidays are here. Let's remember those in our communities that need our help. Your prayers for our neighbors are paramount. Knowing that God meets human needs is a starting point, but what is our role? God is supplying and guiding each of us. Let us "feed the hungry and heal the heart." (Feed My Sheep by Mary Baker Eddy).

The NFCC Thanksgiving initiative needs cash as well as specific food donations. Please consider making a cash donation via the Sunday collection or see information below. There is a link to their donation page. We trust that Divine Love will inspire each of us to give from our heart and make a difference.

AN INVITATION TO GIVE

Thanksgiving Food

Join with NFCC to help provide low-income families with needed items to prepare a festive holiday meal in their homes.

Each year, NFCC comes together with the community to provide more than 400 local families in need with fresh and frozen food, non-perishable items and grocery store gift cards. Our Thanksgiving Food program allows these families to enjoy a special meal without the additional financial burden.
